When I'm bored or stressed I like to think of ways to make it better, and when I say think I'm dead literal. If your bored or seriously unhappy about a long situation you are going through first I think of myself at the end of what ever boring or unenjoyible situation I'm going through. Then when it's over you think of yourself thinking of yourself awhile ago and you feel like the whole thing was quick and painless. It works better every time you do this method, and eventually when you want "time to fly" it really will. Next, when your doing a job, unplesent deed, ect., think of the enjoyable things about it and think about those the whole way through, everything becomes easier and enjoyable. If you cannot think of anything good you must convince yourself it is a blast.
Well those are my psycological tips. I'll have more!
